Does the hotel have parking?
The hotel has three luggage loading and unloading spaces in front of the building, and we have an agreement with the Carlos III parking garage on the same block where our guests receive a special rate: €13.90 per day. From July 4th to 15th, the price will be around €35.00.
Do you have free WIFI?
Yes, the hotel has free Wi-Fi both in the rooms and in common areas.
What time is breakfast available?
Our Buffet Breakfast opens from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. from Monday to Friday and from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
Is the gym free?
Yes, the gym is free and for the exclusive use of our clients. It is accessed with the same room card.
Are pets accepted?
In general, no, however you can ask for specific cases at Reception.
Do you have family rooms?
The hotel has two family rooms. The family room is made up of a double with a double bed and a double with two beds with the possibility of expanding with an extra bed.
As we only have two family rooms, please check their availability by contacting us directly.
How do I get to the hotel?
If you come by car, all you have to do is follow the directions first for “Hotels Centro” and once you are approaching the city center, follow the directions for “Hotel Leyre”.

Do you have any space to store bicycles?
The Hotel has a bicycle storage room next to the Gym.
What time can you check-in and check-out at the hotel?
The exit is marked by law at 12:00, which is the deadline to leave the room on the day of your departure. The arrival is marked by the clean available rooms, although in principle it is from 14:00.
Is there an option to store luggage before or after check in/out?
Of course, at the Reception we have a locker to store your luggage for as long as you need it.
Do the rooms have a minibar? And a safe?
All our rooms have a minibar and a safe.
Is there a cot available?
The Hotel has two cots available to customers, always free. Please check availability by contacting us directly.
Until what age is the extra bed free?
Up to 12 years old the extra bed is free
Is smoking allowed?
Our establishment is a smoke-free space. Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the common areas.
